Refund policy
Surfboard Sunglasses has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at streetfrogs@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, you (the customer) are responsible for all fees necessary for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All shipping fees after the primary delivery is solely the responsibility of the customer. This includes all returns and exchanges.

Damages and issues
Before anything is shipped to our customers, photos are taken of each outgoing product as well as hand inspected to insure quality. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures and/or video will be required for proof of reception.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only Sunglasses are able to be returned/exchanged. All other products are not returnable/exchangeable. The customer is solely responsible for shipping fees after primary delivery.
Exchanges
Surfboard Sunglasses offers half price replacement of broken or misused sunglasses (This being after the 30 day return window). Simply send us back the originals and you only pay half price for a new pair of sunglasses of equal value. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Surfboard Sunglasses will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the stated cost at time of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
